Dr. Sarah Larson

Naturopathic Doctor/Master of Science in Oriental Medicine/Licensed Acupuncturist

Passionate about helping patients improve their health by offering a wide range of Naturopathic, Chinese and traditional Western medicine treatment options, Dr. Sarah Larson (she/her/hers) believes helping patients regain optimal health and well-being requires both the empathetic listening to and observing of each individual; “one size fits all” does not apply. She relies upon appropriate conventional testing, labs and imaging alongside Eastern pulse, tongue and countenance diagnostic techniques to arrive at the correct diagnosis and to then provide the most efficacious and beneficial treatment options. The utilization of Western and Chinese herbs, pharmaceutical medications, acupuncture, hydrotherapy and lifestyle and dietary optimization are all part of a large tool box from which she builds individualized and achievable treatment plans while consistently following the latest research.

Dr. Larson embraces the belief that following the healing course of nature will help return each patient to a state of health and well-being when given the appropriate assistance, time and space to do so. A reduction in inflammation, improved nutrition and digestion, proper sleep and exercise are all important aspects to improving one’s state of health.

Sarah graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. Before starting her own practice, she completed a two-year residency approved by the Council of Naturopathic Medicine under the supervision of Dr. Edythe Vickers at An Hao Natural Health Care Center in Portland, Oregon and also practiced with Dr. Linda Meloche at Abbey Road Clinic in Carlton, Oregon. Her undergraduate work in psychology was completed at the University of North Dakota, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a pre-medicine emphasis.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Larson focuses on acute and chronic diseases, autoimmune conditions, acute and chronic pain and cancer as well as more common conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol. While in medical school, Sarah completed an additional 2-year internship in women’s health and offers exceptional health care services such as female wellness and annual examinations, hormone testing and balancing, birth control education and prescribing.

When she isn’t working, Sarah savors time spent with her husband, family, friends and her two dogs. She enjoys hiking, road biking, being outdoors near or on the water or simply exploring both Oregon and Washington’s breathtaking natural beauty.

Dr. Greg Lamont-Mitchell

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Lamont-Mitchell’s approach to medicine is to support the body’s natural ability to heal. As a Naturopath, Dr. Lamont-Mitchell strives to use the least invasive therapies available to address the unique struggles of each patient. This holistic approach addresses the whole person to balance body, mind and spirit. Dr. Lamont-Mitchell loves to educate patients about how to address their unique struggle, how to achieve good health and a greater balance between body, mind and spirit. A Naturopath has many tools to use to help patients on their unique journey. Dr. Lamont-Mitchell uses clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements and vitamins, biofeedback, breath work, acupressure and reiki. Some conditions he works well with are traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression, PTSD, fibromyalgia, autoimmune issues, chronic disease and chronic pain. In his free time you can usually find Dr. Greg somewhere with a book in hand, or just out enjoying what the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Dr. Marc Simon

Naturopathic Doctor

I am a Naturopathic Doctor licensed in CT, VT, WA, and OR states. I received a dual degree, a Doctorate in naturopathic medicine, and an MS in clinical nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CT, in 2020. After graduation, I moved to VT and practiced there for two years, on the West Coast, Oregon, in 2023 to continue my journey. Also, I have a Medical Doctor degree from Haiti. I worked with US missionary Doctors and Haitian doctors as a general practitioner for five years. Then, I moved to the US to be with my wife, Wass, and my two boys, Andy and Aiden.

A conventional Doctor, I aim to become a Naturopathic physician as the next step towards becoming an excellent healthcare professional adapted to caring for patients. I believe in the integrated models of health science and preventive medicine. It is the best approach to tackle chronic diseases and promote health and well-being. Medicine is not one size fits all. God makes and shapes us even if we look alike. Medical practice should be personalized or individualized because each person is unique. For example, the approach to treating two patients with a history of hypertension could be different. Both patients might not need blood pressure-lowering medications even though they have a similar condition.

I am a general practitioner, a primary care and a caring person. Building a long-term relationship with patients is very important in providing high-quality care.
