Green Goddess Smoothie

This delicious, healthy Green Goddess Smoothie is a great way to start the day or refresh yourself after a workout. This recipe is gluten-free, without added sugars. Substitutions are suggested for folks who are vegan. This smoothie is loaded with healthy nutrients to do your body and mind some good:

Spinach – calcium, magnesium and iron
Pineapple – Vitamin C and manganese
Banana – potassium, Vitamin B-6 and Vitamin C
Flax – fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids
Pistachio – fiber, protein and Vitamin B-6

Ingredients

3/4 cup organic plain soy milk (or any nut milk of your choice)
2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt (or nut milk yogurt)
1/2 banana
Handful spinach leaves
1/2 handful chopped pineapple
1 tsp ground flax seed
10 pistachios

Instructions

Blend until smooth, and enjoy this perfectly balanced delicious drink!
