Magdalynn Hays (she/her) — Maddie for short — is passionate about proactive nutritional and movement interventions to improve quality of life. She believes in developing an individualized plan for each client, in order to optimize their healing process. A competitive athlete for most of her life, Maddie also enjoys working with athletic individuals for nutrition around training and recovery.
Maddie graduated with her Master’s Degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Prior to this, Maddie attended George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies for biology, chemistry, and human health and performance.
When she’s not at the office, Maddie can be found lifting weights, taking long walks (usually with a history podcast in her ears), cooking, and working through her never-ending book list.
